When will my order be shipped?

We process all orders within 1 business day. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

• Free DHL Express shipping worldwide for orders over €200.
• For orders under €200, a flat shipping fee applies.
  • Europe: Standard Shipping €9 | DHL Express €20
  • USA: DHL Express €25
  • All Others: Standard Shipping €10  | DHL Express €29

How long does delivery take?

• Express shipping delivery times after you receive tracking details:
  • Europe: 1 – 3 business days
  • USA: 2 – 4 business days
  • All Other: 2 – 5 business days
• Standard shipping delivery times after you receive tracking details:
  • Europe: 3 – 8 business days
  • USA: (not available) 8 – 15 business days
  • All Other: 12 – 21 business days

Can I change my shipping address after dispatch?

Address changes after shipping are only possible for orders sent via express delivery (DHL). Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address on an express shipment.
