Shipping Information
When will my order be shipped?
We process all orders within 1 business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
- Express shipping delivery times after you receive tracking details:
- Europe: 1 – 3 business days
- USA: 2 – 4 business days
- All Other: 2 – 5 business days
- Standard shipping delivery times after you receive tracking details:
- Europe: 3 – 8 business days

- All Other: 12 – 21 business days
How much does shipping cost?
- Free DHL Express shipping worldwide for orders over €200.
- For orders under €200, a flat shipping fee applies.
- Europe: Standard Shipping €9 | DHL Express €20
- USA: DHL Express €25
- All Others: Standard Shipping €10 | DHL Express €29
Can I change my shipping address after dispatch?
Address changes after shipping are only possible for orders sent via express delivery (DHL). Please contact us immediately if you need to update your address for an express shipment.

Are there taxes or customs duties?
No. For orders shipped to the United States, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are fully covered by us — your package will be delivered directly to your door with no extra costs or paperwork.
For orders outside the U.S., we declare all parcels as gifts with low value, so they normally do not incur any additional customs charges. In the rare case that customs clearance is required, we handle the process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
