- Refunds, store credits, or exchanges are available.

- Store credit issued via email (within 1 business day of receiving your item).
- Product exchange shipped within 1 business day after we receive your return.

We’ll provide step-by-step instructions to return your item to our returns center in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.
After We Receive Your Return
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
If you opted for store credit, a unique code will be sent to your email for use on future purchases.
Exchanges and store credits are processed within 1 business day.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
If you requested a replacement item, we’ll ship it within 1 business day and email you the tracking details.
